Der Bimetallkondensatableiter Cona B 600 kann über Flanschen nach DIN 2533 bzw. DIN EN 1092-2 sowie über Anschweißenden angeschlossen werden. Weitere Anschlussarten sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Der Regler vom Typ R13/22/32 des Kondensatableiters ist für den jeweiligen Einsatzbereich frei wählbar, wobei der zulässige Differenzdruck ΔPMX 13bar beträgt.
Der Kondensatableiter aus Bimetall des Typs Cona B 600 weist folgende Merkmale auf:
- Gehäuse: EN-GJL-250 – Guss 1.0460
- Sieb: X5CrNi18-10 – V2A, 1.4301
- Deckel: EN-GJL-250 – Sphäroguss
- Dichtung: Kupfer / Novapress Multi / Graphit
- Regler: TB 102/85 – korrosionsfreies Bimetall
- Schrauben: A2-70 – Edelstahl

The bimetallic steam trap from ARI is best placed for discharging slightly to highly sub-cooled condensates. The robust, water-hammer resistant steam trap is able to automatically air-vent during start-up as well as operation of the plant, while acting as non-return protection. The bimetallic steam trap is available in two designs: with an internal strainer or external strainer.
Thanks to its optimized valve design, the bimetallic steam trap type Cona B 600 is most helpful for quick installation (for compression stage PN 40, PN63, length R46, diameter DN15 – DN25). Metallic sealing contours allow for a gasket-free sealing of the screwed cap. Thanks to the optimized design, installation is possible in any position, except for cover/screwed cap downwards.
The bimetallic steam trap Cona B 600 offers the possibility of continuously adjusting sub cooling of the condensate (please observe the operation instructions). The trap’s controller can be changed without disturbing pipe work, only the closing cap has to be released.
The thermostatic steam trap can be connected via flanges acc. DIN 2533 and DIN EN 1092-2 as well as via union butt weld nipples. Other connection types are available on request. The Controller type R13/22/32 is freely selectable for every operating range with the max. permissible pressure difference being ΔPMX 13bar.
